摘要 为降低工作面粉尘密度,消除尘爆危害,同时减少粉尘对工作面人员呼吸系统造成的伤害,采取在工作面进行洒水喷雾的降尘措施,使粉尘浓度降到安全范围内。通过对降尘前后工作面标定位置粉尘浓度的测定,结果显示,在降尘之前,随着工作面距离的增加,粉尘的分布规律呈先剧增后骤降再缓增后缓降的趋势,前一峰值高于后一峰值,最高可达到1200 mg/m^(3)。采取降尘措施之后,全尘降尘率最高可达74%左右,降尘效果良好。 In order to reduce the dust density of the working face,eliminate the harm of dust explosion,and reduce the harm of dust on the respiratory system of the working face personnel,the dust reduction measures of spraying water spray in the working face are adopted to reduce the dust concentration to the safe range.Through the determination of dust concentration in the calibration position of the working face before and after dustfall,the results show that before dustfall,with the increase of the working face distance,the distribution of dust increases first and then decreases sharply and then increases slowly and then decreases slowly.The former peak is higher than the latter peak,and the maximum is 1200 mg/m^(3).After taking dust reduction measures,the total dust reduction rate can reach 74%,and the dust reduction effect is good.
