乙醇合成工艺的研究进展

摘要 乙醇作为用途广泛的化学品之一,同时也是一种重要的清洁能源的添加剂,随着近年来乙醇汽油的全面推广,乙醇的需求量逐年增加,市场前景巨大。对当前乙醇合成工艺的发展现状进行了阐述,主要介绍了生物发酵法、石油基乙烯水合法以及煤基合成气合成法,并对这3种合成工艺路线的技术现状进行了综述。结合我国“煤多、油贫、气少”的能源结构特点,煤基合成气制乙醇技术必将成为我国能源化工领域重要的组成部分。随着煤基制乙醇技术的不断优化和完善,对促进我国能源清洁化发展意义重大。 As one of the widely used chemicals,Ethanol is also an important additive for clean energy.With the comprehensive promotion of ethanol gasoline in recent years,the demand for ethanol is increasing year by year,and the market prospect for ethanol is huge.The current development status of the synthesis process of ethanol was described.The biological fermentation,petroleum-based ethylene hydration and coal-based syngas synthesis were introduced mainly and the technical status of these three synthesis processes was reviewed.Combined with the energy structure characteristics of‘more coal,less oil and less gas’in China,the technology of ethanol production from coal-based syngas will become an important part of Chinese energy and chemical industry.With the continuous optimization and improvement of coal-based ethanol production technology,it has great significance to promote the development of energy cleanness in China.
