摘要
通过对岩沥青沥青性质、红外光谱、元素分析、溶解性分析等试验获得了岩沥青的基本性质信息。针对高软化点这一特性建立了一种利用标准曲线反推软化点的分析方法,该岩沥青中O-Si-O、碳酸盐羰基C=O与沥青分子作用力加强,联系更紧密,致使沥青大分子排列结构发生改变,使得沥青具备了更强的内聚力;环结构含量多,链状结构较少,这种结构组成使得沥青体系有较高的稳定性,溶解状态说明岩沥青中存在较多的无机矿物和一些无定形不溶物,可显著提高改性沥青的软化点。该岩沥青可作为一种优良的天然改性剂显著提高了改性沥青的综合性能。
The basic property information of rock asphalt was obtained through the tests of asphalt properties,infrared spectrum,element analysis and solubility analysis.The characteristic of high softening point,an analysis method of using standard curve to deduce the softening point were established.The O-Si-O and carbonate carbonyl C=O in the rock asphalt were strengthened and closely related to the molecular force of asphalt.The arrangement structure of asphalt macromolecules was changed,which makes asphalt have stronger cohesion.The content of ring structure is more and the chain structure is less.The asphalt system have high stability due to the structural composition.The dissolution state shows that there are more inorganic minerals and some amorphous insoluble substances in rock asphalt,which can significantly improve the softening point of modified asphalt.The rock asphalt can be used as an excellent natural modifier to significantly improve the comprehensive properties of modified asphalt.
