7个草莓品种在承德地区的栽培比较试验

摘要 【目的】以7个草莓品种为试材,在承德地区栽培并调查研究各个品种的性状,以期为草莓品种在承德地区的适应性栽培提供依据。【方法】试验棚地处承德市农林科学院中关镇科研基地日光温室,采用科学的栽培管理。试验设计采用随机区组3次重复,每个重复定植100株。缓苗后对7个草莓品种的生物学特性、产量和果实性状进行调查,比较不同品种的草莓植株在不同生长阶段的差异,调查参照《草莓种质资源描述规范》,对物候期、单果质量、产量、可溶性固形物、硬度进行调查。【结果】‘章姬’‘宁玉’早熟;‘京桃香’‘白雪公主’花芽分化晚,果实成熟较晚,产量较低但口感好;‘京藏香’产量最高但硬度较低;‘红颜’可溶性固形物质量分数最高,‘甜查理’硬度最高,耐贮运,综合抗性比较好。【结论】‘红颜’‘章姬’‘白雪公主’口感好、硬度小、产量偏低,适合观光采摘、高端消费;‘京藏香’产量高、酸甜适中,硬度较低,适合就近超市供应;‘甜查理’产量高、硬度大、耐贮运、可溶性固形物质量分数较低,适合远距离运输或者做加工产品。 【Objective】Seven strawberry cultivars were used as test materials to cultivate and investigate the characters of each cultivar in Chengde Region in order to provide a basis for the adaptive cultivation of strawberry cultivars in Chengde Region.【Methods】The experimental shed is located in the solar greenhouse of Zhongguan Town Scientific Research Site of Chengde Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences,and adopts scientific cultivation management.The experimental design used randomized block by 3 repetitions,and each repetitions was colonized with 100 plants.After slowing the seedlings,the biological characteristics,yield and fruit characters of 7 strawberry cultivars were investigated,and the differences in different growth stages of strawberry plants of different cultivars were compared,yield,soluble solids,hardness were investigated.【Results】‘Zhangji’and‘Ningyu’matured early;‘Jingtaoxiang’and‘Snow White’were late in flower bud differentiation and late in fruit maturity,with lower yield but good taste;‘Jingzangxiang’had the highest yield but lower hardness;‘Hongyan’had the highest soluble solid content score;‘Sweet Charlie’had the highest hardness and was resistant to storage and transportation,and had better comprehensive resistance.【Conclusion】‘Hongyan’‘Zhangji’‘Snow White’had good taste,low hardness and low yield,which were suitable for sightseeing picking and high-end consumption;‘Jingzangxiang’had high yield,sweet and sour moderate,low hardness,suitable for supply in the nearest supermarket;‘Sweet Charlie’has high yield,high hardness,good storage and transportation,and low soluble solid content,suitable for long-distance transportation or processing products.
