Value of dual-layer spectral detector CT in differential diagnosis of lung cancer and inflammatory nodules

Objective To explore the value of dual-layer spectral detector CT in differential diagnosis of lung cancer and inflammatory nodules.Methods A total of 92 patients undergoing enhanced chest scan from March 2019 to September 2020 at Renji Hospital,School of Medicine,Shanghai Jiaotong University,were retrospectively enrolled in the study.The conventional CT parameters and the spectral CT parameters were measured,and the nodulesz morphological characteristics were analyzed.
