Effect of Jiakangning capsule on AMPK-mTOR signaling pathway in Graves' disease

Objective To investigate the molecular mechanism of Jiakangning Capsule(JKNC)on apoptosis of thyroid cells and effect of JKNC on adenosine monophosphate activated protein kinase(AMPK)-mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR)signaling pathway in Graves'disease(GD).Methods M22 induced human thyroid follicular epithelial cell line(Nthy-ori-3-1)to establish a GD cell model.The modeled cells were divided into model group,high,medium and low dose JKNC containing serum groups.
