Clinical characteristics of myocardial infarction with non-obstructive coronary arteries in young patients

摘要 Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of myocardial infarction with non-obstructive coronary arteries(MINOCA)in young patients.Methods A total of 593 young patients(≤40 years old)diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)and undergoing coronary angiography at Fuwai Hospital from January 2009 to July 2013 were enrolled in this retrospective analysis.
