摘要
表观遗传学是指机体的基因序列在不发生改变的情况下,基因功能发生可逆的、可遗传改变的一门生物学学科,主要包括DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰、非编码RNA。目前认为冠心病的发病基础是冠状动脉粥样硬化所致的冠脉狭窄,越来越多的研究表明表观遗传在冠心病的发生发展中起着非常重要作用。本文就DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰及非编码RNA与冠心病之间的研究现状做一综述。
Epigenetics refers to a biological discipline in which the function of genes can be reversed and heritable without changing the body's gene sequence,mainly including DNA methylation,histone modification,and non-coding RNA.At present,it is believed that coronary artery disease is based on coronary artery stenosis caused by coronary arteryatherosclerosis.More and more studies have shown that epigenetics plays a very important role in the occurrence and development of CHD.This paper reviews the relationship between DNA methylation,histone modification,non-coding RNA and coronary heart disease.
