杨素清从“脏腑之痰”论治痤疮经验

Yang Suqing’s experience in the treatment of acne based on phlegm of zang-fu viscera

痤疮是临床上的常见皮肤疾病,既往针对痤疮的治疗多为肺热、湿热、血瘀等。杨素清教授通过系统分析脏腑与痰的密切关系,将不同脏腑之痰所致痤疮的病因、病机、症状、治则、方药、特点进行整理和归纳,形成了独特的依据“脏腑之痰”辨治痤疮的理论框架。同时,将针法、灸法、火针、面膜等中医外治特色疗法的治痰之道进行了简要说明,以期为临床辨治痤疮提供新的思路。

Acne is a common skin disease in clinic.The previous treatment for acne is mostly targeted at lung heat,damp heat,and blood stasis,etc.By systematically analyzing the close relationship between zang-fu viscera and phlegm,Professor Yang Suqing sorts out and summarizes the etiology,pathogenesis,symptoms,treatment principles,prescriptions,and characteristics of acne caused by phlegm in different zang-fu viscera,developing a unique theoretical framework for the acne treatment on the basis of“phlegm of zang-fu viscera”.This paper mainly presents her experience,and briefly introduces the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine such as acupuncture,moxibustion,fire needling,facial mask and other characteristic therapies in the treatment of acne,in a bid to provide new ideas for its clinical differentiation and treatment.
