摘要
目的观察李发枝应用桑皮饮加味治疗阴虚火旺型糖尿病临床疗效。方法选择98例阴虚火旺型糖尿病作为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组与观察组。对照组48例,予常规治疗;观察组50例,在对照组的基础上予李发枝应用桑皮饮加味治疗。对比2组治疗前后中医证候积分、血糖水平,临床疗效,治疗期间出现的不良反应。结果治疗2个月后,2组口干舌燥、多饮多渴、心烦失眠积分明显降低,观察组比对照组降低更显著(P<0.05);2组空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖明显降低,观察组比对照组降低明显(P<0.05);观察组总有效率(98.00%,49/50)优于对照组(85.41%,41/48)(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论李发枝应用桑皮饮加味治疗阴虚火旺型糖尿病的,能够明显降低中医证候积分和血糖水平,临床疗效较好,安全性较高。
Objective To study the efficacy of the modified Sangpi Decoction applied by Li Fazhi in the treatment of diabetes with the pattern of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency.Methods A total of 98 diabetes patients with the pattern of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency were selected as the research subjects,and divided into a control group(48 cases)and an observation group(50 cases)according to treatment method.The control group was given a routine treatment,while the observation group was given the modified Sangpi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The TCM syndrome scores,blood glucose levels,clinical efficacy before and after treatment,and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 months of treatment,the scores of dry mouth,polydipsia,thirst,upset and insomnia were significantly decreased in the two groups,and the observation group was more significantly decreased(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the levels of the fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose were significantly reduced in the two groups,and the observation group was significantly lower compared with the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(98.00%,49/50)was better than that of the control group(85.41%,41/48)(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Li Fazhi’s application of Sangpi Decoction has a good clinical effect in the treatment of diabetes with the pattern of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency,which can significantly reduce TCM syndrome scores and blood sugar levels with a higher safety.
