摘要 以热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)为黏结剂,疏水SiO_(2)和光热粒子炭黑(CB)混合制备光热超疏水涂层,其水接触角可达156°。由于涂层微纳结构的存在,使水滴在SiO_(2)-TPU/CB表面上的结冰时间延长至2倍。并且,由于光热粒子炭黑的加入,在近红外光(808 nm)的照射下只需60 s就可使其表面温度升高至123.5℃,从而达到快速除冰效果,有望应用于防冰领域。 Photothermal superhydrophobic coatings were prepared with thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer(TPU)as binder,hydrophobic SiO_(2) and photothermal particle carbon black(CB),and its water contact angle was as high as 156°.The icing time of water droplets on the SiO_(2)-TPU/CB surface doubled due to the existence of micro-nano structure of the coatings.Moreover,due to the addition of photothermal particle carbon black,its surface temperature can be raised to 123.5℃in only 60 s under the irradiation of near infrared light(808 nm),thus achieving rapid deicing effect.They are expected to be applied in the anti-icing field.
