环境友好型深远海养殖舱涂料的研制与应用

Development and Application of Environmentally Friendly Deep-sea Aquaculture Tank Coatings

介绍了一种与底材附着力好、耐富氧海水腐蚀性能优异,可用于深远海养殖船养殖舱内壁的环境友好型无毒涂料。经测试和实际应用证明:该涂料符合《生活饮用水输配水设备及防护材料卫生安全评价规范》(2001)对防护材料的卫生要求,对养殖水质和养殖鱼类不会造成有害影响,是一种理想的深海养殖水舱内壁涂料。

This paper introduces environmentally friendly non-toxic coatings with good adhesion to the substrate and excellent corrosion resistance to oxygen-rich sea water,which can be used for the inner wall of the aquaculture tank of deep-sea aquaculture ships.The test and practical application show that the coatings meet the hygienic requirements for protective materials in the Standard for Hygienic Safety Evaluation of Equipment and Protective Materials in Drinking Water(2001),and will not cause harmful effects on aquaculture water quality and fish,ideal for the inner wall of the deep-sea aquaculture water tank.
