摘要
以几种典型的现代分析仪器,即X射线荧光光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、激光粒度仪、透射电镜等大型分析仪器对钛白粉在生产过程中的检测效果为例,介绍如何通过仪器检测实现对钛白粉的定性、定量分析并对钛白成品进行一定的效果评价,结合检测分析数据、对工艺进行调整,通过分析检测的结果解决生产中遇到的难点和问题。
The paper takes for example the titanium dioxide detection effect of several typical modern analytical instruments,namely the X-ray fluorescence spectrometer,X-ray diffractometer,laser particle size analyzer,transmission electron microscope and other large-scale analytical instruments,in the production process,and introduces how to realize qualitative and quantitative analysis of titanium dioxide through instrument detection and certain effect evaluation of titanium dioxide finished products to adjust the process in combination with detection and analysis data and solve the difficulties and problems encountered in production through analysis of detection results.
