Study on the Design Strategy of Intelligent Service in the Community under the Public Health Crisis

以人工智能技术为载体,创新性地建立科学有效的社区服务模式;对公共卫生危机下社区服务系统进行构建,加强基层防控能力建设。通过了解社区服务现状,洞察服务需求,分析服务创新点,从而对服务策略进行研究。从居民健康数据管理、社区智能医疗系统服务、社区互助共享服务设计、公共空间服务场景设计等方面寻求设计机会点和服务策略,探索人工智能技术服务社区模式创新的有效技术路径,为突发公共事件预防与治理提供借鉴与参考。

This paper will use artificial intelligence technology as the carrier to innovatively establish a scientific and effective community service model,and build a community service system under public health crisis,with the aim of strengthening the construction of grass-roots prevention and control capabilities.On the one hand,by understanding the current situation of community service,we can gain insight into service needs and analyze service innovation points to study service strategies.On the other hand,it seeks design opportunities and service strategies from the aspects of residents'health data management,community intelligent medical system services,community mutual assistance and shared service design,and public space service scene design.In order to create an effective technical path for artificial intelligence technology to serve community model innovation,and to provide reference for the prevention and governance of public emergencies.
