摘要
通过实验的方法考察了GH3230棒材力学性能和金相组织随固溶热处理温度和时间等参数的演变规律。结果表明,改变GH320合金固溶处理的温度和时间,材料的力学性能会随之改变。固溶热处理可使合金基体中溶解的碳化物数量增多。在固溶温度为1200℃,固溶时间为30min条件下,合金可得到的综合力学性能最优。
The relationship of mechanical properties and microstructure of GH3230 with solution heat treatment temperature and time were investigated by experimental method.The results show that with the change of solution treatment temperature and timethe mechanical properties of GH320 will change by solution heat treatment.The amount of carbide dissolved in the alloy matrix increases.When the solution temperature is 1200℃ and the solution time is 30 min,the comprehensive mechanical properties are the best.
