稠油开采废水综合治理回用工艺的研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着我国经济的快速发展,对能源等需求也越来越大,随着油田开采的逐年提升,采油废水等综合治理也摆在越来越突出的地位。特别是稠油开采中,注水,注气对水质的要求也越来越高。常规稠油废水采用除油软化工艺,出水水质较差,不能满足回注等需求。针对此问题,开发除油、除硅、除硬预处理-MCM生物处理-OEB生物处理-UF-RO-EDI工艺处理稠油开采废水,通过实验验证工艺,优化各工艺运行参数,并降低运行成本。实验结果表明,该工艺设备出水效果后、运行稳定可靠。经除硬除硅沉淀后,出水COD124mg/L,MCM出水COD67mg/L,OEB出水COD26mg/L,EDI出水电导小于0.06us/cm,二氧化硅小于10ug/cm。满足注气站锅炉进水要求。 With the rapid development of China's economy,the demand for energy is also increasing.With the improvement of oilfield exploitation year by year,the comprehensive treatment of wastewater from oil production is also placed in a more and more prominent position.Especially in heavy oil exploitation,water injection and gas injection have higher and higher requirements for water quality.Conventional heavy oil wastewater uses oil removal softening process,the effluent water quality is poor,can not meet the needs of injection.To solve this problem,the process of oil removal,silicon removal and hard removal pretreatment-MCM biological treatment-OEB biological treatment-UF-RO-EDI was developed to treat heavy oil mining wastewater.The process was verified by experiments,and the operating parameters of each process were optimized and the operating cost was reduced.The experimental results show that the operation of the process equipment is stable and reliable.After removing hard and silicon precipitation,the effluent COD124mg/L,MCM COD67mg/L,OEB COD,mg/L,EDI effluent conductivity is less than 0.06us/cm.silica is less than 10ug/cm.Meet the requirements of boiler water injection statio.
