摘要
智能完井技术是智能油田建设过程中的基础关键技术之一,它通过井下数据监测、数据分析解释、生产动态优化计算及远程井下流体控制最终实现闭环式的油井生产智能化管理,在提高采收率及降低油气井后期生产调控费用等方面具有明显优势。国外Well Dynamics和Baker Hughes公司在智能完井技术领域处于国际领先地位,国内在智能完井技术方面的研究尚属初级阶段,未见标准智能完井技术在现场产业化推广应用相关报道。论文基于n+1直接液力式智能完井技术控制原理,提出了直控电测的智能完井系统方案,形成了一套适用9-5/8″套管井2层独立控制的智能完井关键工具产品,为海上油田的智能高效开发提供技术选择。
Intelligent Well Completion Technology is one of the basic and key technologies in the process of intelligent oilfield construction.It finally realizes the closed-loop intelligent management of oil well production through down-hole data monitoring,data analysis and interpretation,production performance optimization calculation and remote down-hole fluid control.It has obvious advantages in improving oil recovery and reducing the later production control cost of oil and gas wells.Foreign well dynamics and Baker Hughes companies are in the international leading position in the field of Intelligent Well Completion Technology.The domestic research on Intelligent Well Completion Technology is still in the primary stage,and there are no reports on the popularization and application of standard Intelligent Well Completion Technology in field industrialization.Based on the control principle of N+1 direct hydraulic Intelligent Completion Technology,this paper puts forward the Intelligent Completion System scheme of direct control electric logging,and forms a set of key intelligent completion tool products suitable for 2-layer independent control of 9-5/8″cased wells,which provides technical options for intelligent and efficient development of offshore oil fields.
