摘要
在地铁暗挖结构施工中,二衬结构作为地铁主要受力关键环节,保证其施工质量显得尤为重要。在部分深埋地铁暗挖车站中,传统的高大侧墙施工需要在钢筋和混凝土浇筑两个环节中持续搭设脚手架平台和拆除,工效和施工质量都不易控制。通过对地铁侧墙结构施工工艺、材料及方法等进行质量控制和创新,在工装等方面进行了数据对比和方案优化,确立了利用钢筋自身结构设置的多功能操作平台和装配模架型钢体系。并利用对策表和目标值进行了最终的效果检查,确认达到了预期目标,保证了侧墙施工的工效和质量。
In the construction of the underground excavation structure of the subway,the secondary lining structure is the key link of the main force of the subway,and it is particularly important to ensure its construction quality.In some deeply buried subway underground excavation stations,the traditional construction of tall side walls requires continuous erection of scaffolding platforms and demolition in the two links of steel reinforcement and concrete pouring,and the work efficiency and construction quality are not easy to control.Through the quality control and innovation of the construction technology,materials and methods of the subway side wall structure,the data comparison and scheme optimization were carried out in terms of tooling and other aspects,and the multifunctional operation platform and the assembly formwork steel system set by the steel structure itself were established.And use the countermeasure table and target value to carry out the final effect check,confirm that the expected target has been achieved,and ensure the work efficiency and quality of the side wall construction.
