某涡轴发动机试车台L形引射筒气动设计与分析

摘要 本文根据某涡轴发动机排气特点以及结构方面的限制要求,设计了一种L形试车台排气引射系统,并通过数值模拟技术对不同引射筒竖直高度调节方案进行计算对比,得到了引射筒进口距发动机尾喷口的距离对试车台排气引射效果的影响规律,研究结果表明:引射筒的引射系数随引射筒进口距发动机尾喷口的距离增大而呈先线性增大后减小的趋势。 According to the exhaust characteristic of a turboshaft engine and the limited requirement of its structure,an L-shaped exhaust ejection system of the engine test cell is designed,and the vertical height adjustment schemes of different ejectors are calculated and compared by means of numerical simulation technology.The influence of the distance between the ejector inlet and the engine tail nozzle on the exhaust ejection efficiency of the the engine test cell is obtained.The results show that the ejection coefficient increases linearly with the increase of the distance between the inlet of the ejector and the nozzle of the engine.After the vertex,the curve begins to decrease slowly.
