降低烟草工业废弃物中烟碱含量的研究 被引量:1

Study on Reducing Nicotine Content in Tobacco Industry Waste

摘要 为探讨烟草工业废弃物的合理处置方式,以工业产生的废烟丝、废烟末为样品。对比分析不同处理方式(紫外光照射、不同pH的Ca(OH)_(2)溶液浸泡、超纯水浸泡)对样品内烟碱含量的影响。研究发现,采用紫外光照射40 min后,样品内烟碱含量并未降低;而不同PH的Ca(OH)_(2)溶液浸泡以及超纯水浸泡均可使样品内烟碱含量下降96%以上。对废液的研究表明,超纯水浸泡以及pH=8的Ca(OH)_(2)溶液浸泡后废液中烟碱含量分别为110,45.73 mg·100 mL^(-1)。本试验表明,溶液浸泡处理可有效降低烟草废弃物中的烟碱含量,降低幅度受溶液pH影响较小,但浸泡后废液中烟碱含量残留较多,需进一步处理。本研究为烟草工业废弃物的处置提供了参考。 To study on reasonable disposal method of tobacco industry waste,the industry waster tobacco and waster tobacco powder were used as samples.The effects of different treatment(UV irradiation,soaking in Ca(OH)_(2) solution with different pH,soaking in ultrapure water)on the nicotine were compared and analyzed.The results showed that after UV irradiation for 40 min,the nicotine content in the sample did not decrease.However,soaking in Ca(OH)_(2) solution with different pH and soaking in ultrapure water could reduce the nicotine content in the sample by more than 96%.The study on water liquid after immersion showed that the nicotine content in the waster liquid was 110 mg·100 mL^(-1) and 45.73 mg·100 mL^(-1) after soaking in ultrapure water and pH=8 Ca(OH)_(2) solution,respectively.This experiment showed that solution soaking could effectively reduce the nicotine content in tobacco waster,and the reduction rate were less affected by pH of solution.However,after soaking,the nicotine content in waster liquid remained more,which needed further treatment.This study provides a reference for the disposal of tobacco industrial waster.
