摘要
针对河北省张家口市崇礼区冬季的寒冷气候及城镇污水的水量和水质的特点,采用AAAO+MBR组合工艺作为主体处理工艺对城镇污水进行处理.为确保污水厂冬季寒冷低温下稳定运行,加强污水处理系统保暖措施,同时在冬季通过适当提高缺氧池的水力停留时间并保证生化处理单元污水中充足的碳源,适当提高生化处理单元内污泥浓度以及曝气池内的曝气量,来保证污水厂在低温下的稳定运行,达标排放.工程实践表明,出水达到《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》(GB/T18920-2002)以及《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A标准.该工艺处理效果优良,系统运行稳定.
In view of the cold climate in winter in Chongli district of Zhangjiakou,Hebei Province,and the characteristics of the quantity and quality of the urban sewage,the AAAO+MBR combined process was used as the main treatment process to treat the urban sewage.In order to ensure the stable operation of wastewater treatment plant under cold and low temperature in winter,the heating measures of sewage treatment system should be strengthened,and the sufficient carbon source in sewage of biochemical treatment unit should be ensured by appropriately increasing the hydraulic residence time of anoxic pool in winter,properly increase the sludge concentration in the biochemical treatment unit and the aeration capacity in the aeration tank to ensure the stable operation of the wastewater treatment plant at low temperature and meet the discharge standards.The engineering practice shows that the effluent meets the First Class A standards of municipal wastewater reuse and municipal miscellaneous water quality(GB/T18920-2002)and municipal Sewage Treatment pollutant discharge standard(GB18918-2002).The treatment effect of the process is excellent and the system runs stably.
