自拟活血消浊方溻渍联合穴位贴敷治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病(痰瘀互结型)的疗效观察

Efficacy observation of external application of Huoxue Xiaozhuo prescription combined with acupoint application in treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver(phlegm and blood stasis intercombination type)

目的探讨自拟活血消浊方溻渍联合穴位贴敷对非酒精性脂肪性肝病(痰瘀互结型)患者的治疗效果。方法选取安徽省宿州市第一人民医院及邢台市人民医院2019年8月至2020年10月的非酒精性脂肪性肝病(痰瘀互结型)住院患者90例,按入院顺序随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组45例。对照组采用口服水飞蓟宾葡甲胺片治疗,治疗组采用自拟活血消浊方溻渍联合穴位贴敷治疗,疗程均为4周。结果治疗4周后,治疗组(95.56%)临床总有效率明显优于对照组(77.78%);治疗组肝脏超声有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(77.78%,P<0.05);两组丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)水平均低于治疗前(P<0.01),治疗组各血清学指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组BMI均较治疗前改善,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟活血消浊方溻渍联合穴位贴敷可减轻非酒精性脂肪性肝病(痰瘀互结型)患者症状和体征,促进肝功能恢复,降低血脂水平,改善肝脏超声下脂肪肝分级水平,且能有效减轻患者体重。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of external application of self-designed Huoxue Xiaozhuo prescription combined with acupoint application in the patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(phlegm and blood stasis interconnection type).Methods A total of 90 inpatients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(phlegm and blood stasis type)in these two hospitals from August 2019 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and treatment group according to admission order,45 cases in each group.The control group orally took silybin glumeylamine tablet treatment,and the treatment group adopted self-designed Huoxue Xiaozhuo prescription combined with acupoint application.The treatment course in the two groups was 4 weeks.Results After 4-week treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group(95.56%)was significantly better than that of the control group(95.56%vs.77.78%).The effective rate of liver ultrasound in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(93.33%vs.77.78%,P<0.05).The levels of ALT,AST,TC and TG after treatment in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and all serum indexes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).BMI in both groups was improved compared with before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The external application of self-designed Huoxue Xiaozhuo prescription combined with acupoint application can reduce the symptoms and signs of the patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(phlegm-stasis type),promote the recovery of liver function,reduce blood lipid levels,improve the grading level of fatty liver under liver ultrasound,moreover can effectively reduce the weight of the patients.
