健康体检者施予慢性病健康管理服务的价值分析

The Value Analysis of Chronic Disease Health Management Service Provided by Healthy People

目的观察健康体检者施予慢性病健康管理服务的价值。方法选取2019年5月—2021年5月在该院体检科进行健康体检的200名体检者(具有慢性疾风险因素)作为该次研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组100名。对照组实施常规健康管理模式,研究组实施慢性病健康管理模式,对比两组对护理人员工作质量评分,护理满意度、健康知识知晓程度。结果研究组风险人群对护士安全意识评分、服务态度评分、护理能力评分、护理风险评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组风险人群对护理满意度为96.00%,对照组风险人群对护理满意度为88.00%,研究组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组健康知识总知晓率(95.00%)高于对照组(85.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在健康体检者当中实施慢性病健康管理,可有效提高护理管理质量。

Objective To observe the value of chronic disease health management services provided by healthy people.Methods A total of 200 physical examiners(with chronic disease risk factors)who underwent physical examinations in the physical examination department of the hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into study group and control group,100 in each group.The control group implemented the conventional health management model,and the study group implemented the chronic disease health management model.The two groups evaluated the nursing staff's work quality,nursing satisfaction,and the awareness of health knowledge were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of nurses'safety awareness,service attitude,nursing ability and nursing risk scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the risk population in the study group was 96.00%,and that of the patients in the control group was 88.00%,the study group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total awareness rate of health knowledge in the study group(95.00%)was higher than that in the control group(85.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of chronic disease health management among healthy people can effectively improve the quality of nursing management.
