浅谈临床检验住院医师规范化培训过程中的科研思维培养

Talking about the Cultivation of Scientific Research Thinking in the Process of Standardized Training of Clinical Laboratory Residents

创新实用型人才是我国目前紧缺的人才,临床检验住院医师规范化培训过程中,应加大力度培养具有创新性思维的新型实用人才。但目前对临床检验住院医师规范化培训中,往往过于重视临床技能、临床思维培养,而忽视对科研思维的培养。该文从住院医师规范化培训实践出发,以加强临床检验住院医师规范化培训的科研思维能力培养为目标,结合多年来对检验专业医学生教学方法的改革,提出对多层次、全面的临床检验住院医师的科研思维培养方法,充分调动住培医师的主观能动性,锻炼其查阅文献、应用各类科研工具,分析解决临床问题能力,进而培养具有科研思维能力、善于分析和解决科学问题的检验医学人才,对当前临床检验住院医师规范化培训具有一定的实用价值。

Innovative and practical talents are currently in short supply in our country.In the process of standardized training for clinical laboratory residents,more efforts should be made to cultivate new practical talents with innovative thinking.However,in the current standardized training of clinical laboratory residents,the cultivation of clinical skills and clinical thinking is often overemphasized,while the cultivation of scientific research thinking is neglected.This article starts from the practice of standardized training of residents,and aims to strengthen the cultivation of scientific research thinking ability of standardized training of clinical inspection residents.Combined with the reform of teaching methods for medical students majoring in laboratory testing over the years,a method for cultivating scientific research thinking for multi-level and comprehensive clinical laboratory resident physicians is proposed.Fully mobilize the subjective initiative of resident physicians,exercise their ability to consult literature,apply various scientific research tools,analyze and solve clinical problems,and then cultivate laboratory medicine talents with scientific research thinking ability and good at analyzing and solving scientific problems,which has certain practical value for the standardized training of current clinical inspection residents.
