家庭抗逆力在脑卒中患者家庭功能和家庭适应间的中介效应分析

Analysis of the Mediating Effect of Family Resilience on Family Function and Family Adaptation in Stroke Patients

目的探讨家庭抗逆力在脑卒中患者家庭功能和家庭适应间的中介作用。方法采用便利抽样法对2020年8月—2021年3月青岛市市立医院神经内科病房335例脑卒中患者,应用家庭坚韧性量表、家庭功能指数问卷及家庭适应量表进行调查,采用SPSS 25.0统计学软件和AMOS 21.0进行数据分析。结果脑卒中患者家庭抗逆力总分(58.53±5.66)分,家庭功能总分(7.53±2.17)分,家庭适应总分(82.71±20.00)分。家庭功能总分与家庭抗逆力总分呈正相关(r=0.402,P<0.001)、与家庭适应总分呈正相关(r=0.496,P<0.001),家庭抗逆力总分和家庭适应总分呈正相关(r=0.383,P<0.001)。家庭抗逆力在家庭功能和家庭适应间存在中介效应,中介效应的效应值为0.135,效应占比为的22.96%。结论脑卒中患者家庭抗逆力水平亟待提高,家庭功能和家庭适应处于中等偏上水平,家庭抗逆力在家庭功能和家庭适应间存在部分中介效应。

Objective To investigate the mediating effect of family resilience on family function and family adaptation in stroke patients.Methods Convenience sampling method was used to select 335 stroke patients in the neurology ward of Qingdao Municipal Hospital from August 2020 to March 2021.The family resilience scale,family function index questionnaire and family adaptation scale were used to investigate.SPSS 25.0 statistical software and AMOS 21.0 were used for data analysis.Results The total score of family resilience was(58.53±5.66)points,the total score of family function(7.53±2.17)points,and the total score of family adaptation(82.71±20.00)points of stroke patients.The total score of family function was positively correlated with the total score of family resilience(r=0.402,P<0.001),and was positively correlated with the total score of family adaptation(r=0.496,P<0.001).The total score of family resilience was positively correlated with the total score of family adaptation(r=0.383,P<0.001).Family resilience had a mediating effect between family function and family adaptation,the effect value of the mediating effect was 0.135,and the effect ratio was 22.96%.Conclusion The level of family resilience of stroke patients needs to be improved urgently.Family function and family adaptation are at an upper-middle level,and family resilience has a partial mediating effect between family function and family adaptation.
