双轨制在医院文书档案管理的实践应用

Practical Application of Dual-track System in Hospital Document File Management

目的探讨双轨制在医院文书档案管理的实践应用价值。方法2018年1—12月实施常规纸质化医院文书档案管理50份档案纳入对照组,2019年1月—2020年5月实施纸质化联合电子文书档案相结合的双轨制管理档案50份纳入观察组。比较两组获取与整理放回医院文书档案资料耗时,统计两组文书档案资料齐全率、单次顺利提取利用率,及两组年终时医院对文书档案资料管理的认可度,统计两组文书档案书写质量中A级以上与书写规范化比例。结果观察组归档医院文书档案资料耗时和调阅医院文书档案资料耗时均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组文书档案资料的齐全率和单次顺利提取利用率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组年终时医院对文书档案资料管理工作中的整体管理水平、医院文书档案资料存取效率的认可度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组文书档案书写质量中A级以上与书写规范化比例均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对医院文书档案管理实施双轨制管理,能有效提高文书书写效率与管理效率,确保文书资料管理的有效性。

Objective To explore the practical application value of the dual-track system in hospital document file management.Methods From January to December 2018,50 files with routine parper-based hospital document and archives management were included in the control group,and from January 2019 to May 2020 implemented the dual-track management combining paper-based and electronic document files,50 files were included in the observation group.The control group implemented the conventional paper-based hospital document file management;The time-consuming of obtaining and arranging and returning hospital documents and files was compared between the two groups.The completeness rate of the two groups of documents and archives,the utilization rate of single smooth extraction,and the hospital's recognition of the management of documents and archives at the end of the year of the two groups were counted.The ratio of A-level and above in the writing quality of the two groups of documents and files to the standardization of writing was counted.Results The time-consuming of archiving hospital documents and accessing hospital documents and documents in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complete rate of documents and archives and the utilization rate of single successful extraction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the end of the year in the observation group,the hospital's acceptance of the overall management level in the management of documents and archives and the efficiency of access to the hospital's documents and archives were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ratio of A-level and above in the writing quality of documents and files in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing the dual-track management system for the management of hospital documents and files can effectively improve the efficiency of document writing and management,and ensure the effectiveness of document management.
