甘特图管理理念下的质量控制对内科整体护理工作质量的影响

Influence of Quality Control under Gantt Chart Management Concept on Overall Nursing Quality of Internal Medicine

目的探讨甘特图管理理念下的护理质量控制管理对内科整体护理工作质量产生的影响。方法选取医院2020年6月—2021年6月内科护士50名进行护理质量控制管理研究;采用随机数表法分为常规组(采用常规方式进行管理)和研究组(采用常规方式+甘特图管理理念进行管理),各25名;比较两组护理人员工作压力评分(工作量以及时间问题、护理专业问题、护理问题、工作环境问题、人际关系问题)、护理工作质量评分(病区管理、服务质量、健康教育、护理技术操作、护理文书质量、消毒隔离、患者满意度、护理安全)。结果研究组工作量以及时间问题、护理专业问题、护理问题、工作环境问题、人际关系问题评分均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组病区管理、服务质量、健康教育、护理技术操作、护理文书质量、消毒隔离、患者满意度、护理安全评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甘特图管理理念下护理质量控制管理方式有效应用,可将工作量以及时间问题、护理专业问题、护理问题、工作环境问题、人际关系问题评分显著降低,从而有效缓解内科护理人员工作压力;显著提高病区管理、服务质量、健康教育、护理技术操作、护理文书质量、消毒隔离、患者满意度、护理安全评分,从而将内科护理工作质量显著提高。

Objective To explore the influence of nursing quality control management under the Gantt chart management concept on the overall nursing quality of internal medicine.Methods A total of 50 internal medicine nurses in the hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected for nursing quality control management research.Using the random number table method,they were divided into a routine group(managed by conventional methods)and a study group(managed by conventional methods+Gantt chart management concept),with 25 students in each group.Compared the two groups of nurses'work stress scores(workload and time problems,nursing professional problems,nursing problems,work environment problems,interpersonal problems),nursing work quality score(ward management,service quality,health education,nursing technical operation,nursing document quality,disinfection and isolation,patient satisfaction,nursing safety).Results The scores of workload,time,nursing professional,nursing,work environment and interpersonal relationship in the study group were lower than those in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of ward management,service quality, health education, nursing technical operation, nursing document quality, disinfection and isolation, patient satisfaction, and nursing safety in the study group were higher than those in the routine group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effective application of nursing quality control management method under the Gantt chart management concept can significantly reduce the scores of workload and time, nursing professional, nursing, working environment and interpersonal relationships. As a result, the work pressure of medical nursing staff is effectively relieved;the ward management, service quality, health education, nursing technical operation, nursing document quality, disinfection and isolation, patient satisfaction, and nursing safety scores are significantly improved. Therefore, the quality of internal medicine nursing work is significantly improved.
