快速康复外科理念在乳腺癌术后管理中的应用价值

Application Value of Fast Recovery Surgery Concept in Postoperative Management of Breast Cancer

[摘要] 目的 探析快速康复外科理念在乳腺癌术后管理中的应用价值。方法 选取2020年11月—2021年11月该院工作的医务人员16名进行分析,按照电脑随机分配方式将其分为两组,参比组应用基础方式进行术后管理,观察组应用快速康复外科理念进行术后管理。分析两组效果。结果 管理后,观察组医务人员的乳腺癌相关知识了解情况、工作能力均好于参比组,且管理满意度高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在对医务人员进行术后管理时,使用快速康复外科理念进行管理能够丰富医务人员的乳腺癌相关知识,锻炼医务人员的工作能力,提高管理满意度。

Objective To explore the application value of the concept of fast recovery surgery in the postoperative management of breast cancer.Methods From November 2020 to November 2021,16 medical staff working in the hospital were selected for analysis.They were divided into two groups according to random computer assignment.The reference group was treated with basic methods for postoperative management,and the observation group was treated with the concept of fast recovery surgery.Analyze the effects of the two groups.Results After management,the knowledge about breast cancer and work ability of medical staff in the observation group were better than those in the reference group,and the management satisfaction was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the postoperative management of medical staff working in general surgery,using the concept of fast recovery surgery for management can enrich medical staff's breast cancer-related knowledge,exercise medical staff's working ability,and improve management satisfaction.
