人性化管理理念在神经内科护理管理中的运用分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析在神经内科护理管理中运用人性化管理理念的效果。方法选择2019年10月—2021年8月该院神经内科30名护士为研究对象,采用随机数表法将护士分为两组,每15名。常态组接受常规护理管理,观察组在常态组基础上加用人性化管理理念,从护理质量水平、安全态度及对管理工作的满意程度3个方面评价两组护理管理效果。结果干预后,观察组护理文书、安全护理、病房管理、基础护理评分均高于常态组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组安全氛围、压力感知、工作满意度及工作条件评分均高于常态组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理工作的满意程度明显高于常态组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化管理理念应用于神经内科护理管理中在改善护理质量水平、提高安全态度等方面的应用优势明显高于常规护理管理,且管理满意度也相对更高。 Objective To analyze the effect of applying the concept of humanized management in the nursing management of neurology department.Methods Selected 30 nurses from the neurology department of the hospital from October 2019 to August 2021 as the study objects,and divided the nurses into two groups by random number table method,with 15 nurses in each grou.The normal group received routine nursing management,and the observation group applied the concept of humanized management on the basis of the normal group.The nursing management effects of the two groups were evaluated from three aspects:nursing quality level,safety attitude and satisfaction with management work.Results After the intervention,the scores of nursing documents,safety nursing,ward management and basic nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of safety atmosphere,pressure perception,job satisfaction and working conditions in the observation group were higher than those in the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of management work in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application advantages of humanized management concept in neurology nursing management in improving nursing quality level and safety attitude are obviously higher than that in routine nursing management.And management satisfaction is relatively higher,worthy of further promotion and application.
