中医治未病管理在骨科的应用效果评估

Evaluation of the Application Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Disease Management in Orthopaedics

目的评估中医治未病管理在骨科的应用效果。方法随机选取该院2020年10月—2021年10月在骨科工作的医务人员40名为研究对象。按照随机信封分组法将其分为两组,各20名,参比组医务人员应用基础方式管理,观察组医务人员应用中医治未病管理。分析两组管理效果。结果管理后,观察组医务人员的骨科知识掌握情况、下肢静脉血栓知识掌握情况、工作能力均好于参比组,且管理满意度高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对在骨科工作的医务人员进行管理时,使用中医治未病管理能够丰富医务人员骨科知识和下肢静脉血栓知识,增强医务人员工作能力,提升管理服务质量,推荐使用。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for disease management in orthopaedics.Methods Forty orthopedic medical staff from October 2020 to October 2021 were randomly selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the randomized envelope grouping method,with 20 people in each group.The medical staff of the reference group were managed by basic methods,and the medical staff of the observation group were managed by traditional Chinese medicine.The management effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results After the management,the medical staff in the observation group were better than those in the reference group in terms of orthopaedic knowledge,knowledge of lower extremity venous thrombosis,and work ability,and the management satisfaction was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of medical staff working in orthopaedics,the use of traditional Chinese medicine to treat disease-free management can enrich medical staff's knowledge of orthopedics and lower extremity venous thrombosis,enhance the working ability of medical staff,and improve the quality of management services.It is recommended to be used.
