摘要
医学模拟教学是近年来临床实践教学中培养学生临床胜任力的重要教学方法,但当今模拟教学存在着比较突出的问题:模拟教学与临床衔接不紧密、模拟教学评价方法单一和模拟教学团队师资薄弱等,针对上述情况,该院对儿科模拟教学模式、评价体系、师资培养等方面进行改革探索和实践,提出了将培养临床胜任力贯穿到儿科模拟教学的各个阶段,建立多维化、贯穿式的培养模式;并建立了全方位的模拟教学质量评价体系及建立了激发教师兴趣、培养教学能力、减轻教师负担的用人机制,取得了较好的应用效果。
Medical simulation teaching is an important teaching method to cultivate students'clinical competence in clinical practice teaching in recent years.However,there are more prominent problems in simulation teaching today:the lack of close connection between simulation teaching and clinical practice,the single evaluation method of simulation teaching,and the weak teachers of simulation teaching team.In response to the above situation,our hospital has carried out reform,exploration and practice in the aspects of pediatric simulation teaching mode,evaluation system,and teacher training.It is proposed that the cultivation of clinical competency should be run through all stages of pediatric simulation teaching,and a multi-dimensional and penetrating training model should be established.And an all-round simulation teaching quality evaluation system and an employment mechanism was established to stimulate teachers'interest,cultivate teaching ability,and reduce teachers'burden,and good application results were achieved.
