中医联合无痛消化内镜下手术治疗胃息肉的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Painless Digestive Endoscopy Surgery in the Treatment of Gastric Polyps

目的研究中医联合无痛消化内镜下手术治疗胃息肉的临床效果。方法选取该院2019年6月—2021年9月收治的胃息肉患者60例为研究对象,依据数表法随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组应用无痛内镜下手术治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用穴位贴敷治疗,对两组患者症状积分、临床疗效、血清指标水平、胃肠功能恢复情况、并发症发生情况进行观察与记录,并对比两组观察结果。结果治疗组治疗后症状积分为(0.37±0.13)分,显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.208,P<0.05)。治疗组临床总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血清胃泌素-17(G-17)水平为(14.77±2.14)pg/L,胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)水平为(126.41±8.94)μg/L,胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(PGⅡ)水平为(19.43±1.68)μg/L,显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.313、3.082、2.157,P<0.05)。治疗组肠鸣音恢复时间为(38.43±4.56)h,首次排气时间为(49.23±4.84)h,首次排便时间为(56.45±5.81)h,显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.833、7.875、10.111,P<0.05)。治疗组并发症发生率为6.67%,显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05)。结论中医联合无痛消化内镜下治疗胃息肉的效果十分确切,有助于减轻患者症状,改善患者血清指标水平,加快胃肠功能恢复,减少并发症的发生,具有极高的临床应用与推广价值。

Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with painless digestive endoscopy(APC.EMR)in the treatment of gastric polyps.Methods A total of 60 patients with gastric polyps admitted to the hospital from June 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into two groups according to the number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with painless endoscopy(surgery),and the treatment group was additionally treated with acupoint sticking on the basis of the control group.Symptoms were observed and recorded,and the observation results of the two groups were compared.Results The symptom score of the treatment group after treatment was(0.37±0.13)points,which was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.208,P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate in the treatment group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05).After treatment,the serum gastrin-17(G-17)level in the treatment group was(14.77±2.14)pg/L,the pepsinogen I(PGⅠ)level was(126.41±8.94)μg/L,and the pepsinogenⅡ(PGⅡ)level was(19.43±1.68)μg/L,the level of pepsinogen II(PGII)was(19.43±1.68)μg/L,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.313,3.082,2.157,P<0.05).The recovery time of bowel sounds in the treatment group was(38.43±4.56)h,the time to the first exhaust was(49.23±4.84)h,and the time to the first defecation was(56.45±5.81)h,which was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.833,7.875,10.111,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the treatment group was 6.67%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with painless digestive endoscopy in the treatment of gastric polyps is very accurate,which is helpful to relieve the symptoms of patients,improve the level of serum indexes,speed up the recovery of gastrointestinal function,and reduce the occurrence of complications,which has a very high clinical application and promotion value.
