桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗荨麻疹的价值体会及不良反应发生率影响分析

The Value Experience of Guizhi Plus Longgumuli Decoction in the Treatment of Urticaria and the Influence Analysis on the Incidence of Adverse Reactions

目的探究桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗荨麻疹患者的临床治疗效果以及不良反应发生率。方法选取该院2019年8月—2020年8月诊治的80例荨麻疹患者,随机分观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组采取桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗,对照组常规西药治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生率和复发率、症状消失时间、住院时间以及治疗前后中医症候积分。结果观察组荨麻疹患者的临床有效率(95.00%)高于对照组的(77.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.164,P=0.023);且观察组不良反应率(7.50%)低于对照组(27.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.541,P=0.019);两组随访1年的复发率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者症状消失时间、住院时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=15.449、13.421,P<0.05);两组患者治疗前的中医症候积分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者的中医症候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=63.167,P<0.05)。结论桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗荨麻疹的临床疗效确切,能够改善临床症状,降低中医症候积分,降低不良反应、减少住院时间,产生了良好的治疗价值,值得临床进一步挖掘应用。

Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect and incidence of adverse reactions of Guizhi plus Longgumuli Decoction in the treatment of urticaria patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with urticaria diagnosed and treated in the hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,40 cases in each.The observation group was treated with Guizhi plus Longgumuli Decoction,and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine treat.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rates,symptom disappearance time,hospitalization time,and TCM symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effective rate of patients with urticaria in the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that in the control group(77.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.164,P=0.023);and the adverse reaction rate in the observation group(7.50%)was lower than that in the control group(27.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.541,P=0.019).There was no statistically significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups at 1-year follow-up(P>0.05).The symptom disappearance time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=15.449,13.421,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in TCM symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=63.167,P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi plus Longgumuli Decoction has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of urticaria,can improve clinical symptoms,reduce TCM symptom scores,reduce adverse reactions,and reduce hospitalization time,resulting in good therapeutic value,which is worthy of further clinical application.
