芎附痛痹汤联合熏蒸治疗类风湿性关节炎临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Xiongfutongbi Decoction Combined with Fumigation in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的探讨芎附痛痹汤联合熏蒸治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选择该院2019年1月—2021年1月收治的类风湿性关节炎患者98例,以数字随机的方式分为观察组、对照组,每组49例。对照组采用芎附痛痹汤进行治疗,观察组采用芎附痛痹汤联合熏蒸治疗。比较两组中医证候积分、实验室指标(CRP、ESR、RF),临床指标变化(功能障碍指数、关节疼痛指数、20 m步行时间),以及治疗效果。结果治疗前,观察组中医证候积分(13.43±1.38)分、RF(447.91±5.38)U/mL、功能障碍指数(3.28±0.46)分,与对照组的中医证候积分(13.12±1.29)分、RF(447.35±6.23)U/mL、功能障碍指数(3.27±0.33)分对比,差异无统计学意义(t=1.149、0.476、0.124,P>0.05);治疗后,观察组中医证候积分(5.17±2.24)分、RF(69.83±13.98)U/mL、功能障碍指数(0.19±0.06)分优于对照组的中医证候积分(7.42±2.14)分、RF(119.32±13.82)U/mL、功能障碍指数(0.37±0.07)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.084、17.616、13.667,P<0.05)。观察组40例缓解,8例改善,1例无效,总有效率97.96%(48/49),对照组37例缓解,4例改善,8例无效,总有效率83.67%(41/49),观察组的总有效率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.995,P=0.014)。结论芎附痛痹汤联合熏蒸治疗方案显著优于单一芎附痛痹汤方案,能降低中医症候积分、实验室和临床指标,提高类风湿性关节炎临床治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiongfu Tongbi Decoction combined with fumigation in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A total of 98 rheumatoid arthritis patients admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xiongfu Tongbi Decoction,and the observation group was treated with Xiongfu Tongbi Decoction combined with fumigation.The TCM symptom scores,laboratory indicators(CRP,ESR,RF),changes in clinical indicators(dysfunction index,joint pain index,20 m walking time),and treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was(13.43±1.38)points,RF(447.91±5.38)U/mL,dysfunction index(3.28±0.46)points,and the TCM syndrome score of the control group was(13.12±1.29)points,RF(447.35±6.23)U/mL,dysfunction index(3.27±0.33)points were compared,the difference was not staistically significant(t=1.149,0.476,0.124,P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score(5.17±2.24)points,RF(69.83±13.98)U/mL,dysfunction index(0.19±0.06)points in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the TCM syndrome score(7.42±2.14)points,RF(119.32±13.82)U/mL,and dysfunction index(0.37±0.07)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.084,17.616,13.667,P<0.05).In the observation group,40 cases were relieved,8 cases were improved,and 1 case was invalid,with a total effective rate of 97.96%(48/49).In the control group,37 cases were relieved,4 cases were improved and 8 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 83.67%(41/49).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.995,P=0.014).Conclusion The Xiongfu Tongbi Decoction combined with fumigation treatment scheme is significantly better than the single Xiongfu Tongbi Decoction scheme,which can reduce TCM symptom scores,laboratory and clinical indicators,and improve the clinical treatment effect of rheumatoid arthritis.
