Problems and Countermeasures of Quality Management in Ready-mixed Concrete Industry in Ningxia

文中对当前宁夏预拌混凝土行业质量管理工作普遍存在的问题进行了总结,分析了问题产生的原因并提出改进措施和建议。研究结果表明,宁夏预拌混凝土行业提升质量管理水平的路径为:政府加强政策研究和行业监管,强化诚信体系建设,行业协会推动行业自律,企业加强创新和质量管理人才培养。

This paper summarizes the existing problems in the quality management of ningxia ready-mixed concrete industry, analyzes the causes of the quality management problems in Ningxia ready-mixed concrete industry, and puts forward suggestions for improving the quality management level of Ningxia ready-mixed concrete industry. The results show that the path to improve the quality management level of ningxia ready-mixed concrete industry is as follows: the government strengthens policy research and industry supervision, strengthens the construction of credit system, the industry association promotes the self-discipline of the industry, and enterprises strengthen innovation and quality management personnel training.
