单层空旷砌体房屋多见于电影院、礼堂等公共建筑,一般于上世纪中期至上世纪末建造,多数已接近或超过设计使用年限,需要进行抗震鉴定。由于单层空旷砌体房屋结构形式的特殊性,其抗震措施鉴定相比一般的砌体结构房屋更为复杂,文中以某礼堂建筑为例,简要介绍了单层空旷房屋抗震措施核查时的要点。

Single-storey empty masonry houses are mostly seen in cinemas, halls and other public buildings, which are generally built in the middle of the last century to the end of the century. Most of them have approached or exceeded the design service life, and the seismic identification is required.Due to the particularity of the structure form of single-floor empty masonry houses, the identification of seismic measures and general masonry structure houses are more complex. This paper takes an example and briefly introduces the key points of checking the seismic measures of single-floor empty houses.
