摘要
为便于常泰长江大桥主航道桥4号墩横梁施工,文中设计一种牛腿式横梁施工支架,利用有限元分析软件对横梁支架进行建模计算,根据施工顺序对支架结构进行荷载加载,并考虑各施工过程可能出现的可变荷载,计算支架的强度、刚度和稳定性,确保支架受力安全、结构稳定,为类似工程项目施工提供一定的参考。
In order to facilitate the cross beambracket of the bridge 4^(#) pier of the main channel of Changtai Yangtze River Bridge. A bracket type cross beam construction support is designed. The finite element analysis software is used to model and calculate the beam support. Load the support structure according to the construction sequence. Considering the variable loads that may occur in each construction process,calculate the strength, stiffness and stability of the support to ensure the stress safety and structural stability of the support. It provides some reference for the construction of similar projects.
