文中通过瑞金站房改扩建工程重点环节控制管理,梳理和总结了铁路站房提质改造工程建设的特点及实施过程中建设管理的方法和经验,并提出了切实可行的合理化建议。

Based on the control and management of the key links in the reconstruction and Extension Project of the station house in Ruijin,this paper sorts out and summarizes the characteristics of the construction of the upgrading and renovation project of the railway station house and the methods and experiences of the construction and management in the implementation process, finally, some practical and feasible rationalization proposals are put forward.
