This paper will briefly expound the role of project supervision in the control of project cost in the construction stage, analyze the work difficulties existing in the construction stage in terms of cost control, and explore and summarize the engineering supervision projects in the construction stage from three levels: pre-control, in-process control, and post-event control. The specific measures for cost control are expected to further highlight the role and value of project supervision in project cost management.
