基于AHP的建筑资料影响因素研究

摘要 文中通过层次分析法建立建筑资料的影响因素评价模型,对以管理因素、技术因素、经济因素和组织因素为标准层,以管理制度、基础设施、单位协作等为指标层的指标体系的综合权重进行计算。结果表明:管理制度、标准规范和人员专业素养是占比较大的影响因素。对综合权重比较大的因素进行了分析并提出相关建议。 In this paper, an evaluation model of influencing factors of building data is established through analytic hierarchy process (AHP),and the comprehensive weight of the index system is calculated by taking management factors, technical factors, economic factors and organizational factors as the standard layer, and management system, infrastructure, unit cooperation as the index layer. According to the research, management system, standard and professional quality of personnel are the most influential factors, and the factors with the most comprehensive weight are analyzed, and relevant suggestions are put forward.
