业主视角下的建筑安装工程造价控制分析

Analysis on Cost Control of Construction and Installation Engineering from the Perspective of Owners

文中针对EPC总承包模式下业主对建筑安装工程造价的控制进行研究,论述造价控制期间存在的问题,分析业主估算安装工程造价的工作方法,提出控制工程造价的具体措施,以期为相关单位人员提供参考。

This paper studies the owner’ s control of the construction and installation project cost under the EPC general contracting mode,mainly discusses the problems existing in the cost control period, analyzes the working methods of the owner’ s estimation of the installation project cost, and puts forward specific measures to control the project cost, in order to provide reference for the personnel of relevant units.
