摘要
在施工管理中,应用BIM-GIS技术建立可视化模型,实现从整体到局部、室内到室外的全方位、精细化管理,对施工进度进行监测并及时预警,最大程度地减少设计变更,降低施工成本,保证施工质量。文中以BIM-GIS工程造价全过程管理体系为基础,探讨了BIM-GIS集成技术在实际项目施工各阶段造价管理中的应用,为同类项目提供参考。
BIM-GIS technology establishes visual model in construction management, realizes all-round and fine management from whole to part, indoor to outdoor, monitors construction progress and gives early warning in time, minimizes design change, reduce construction cost and ensure construction quality. Based on the whole process management system of engineering cost based on BIM-GIS constructed by the author,this paper discusses the application of BIM-GIS integration technology in every stage of construction of a plot of land in project, this paper aims to develop the application of BIM-GIS technology in practical projects.
