摘要
对湖州现代物流装备产业发展现状、存在的优势与劣势、面临的机遇和挑战进行了分析,得出SWOT分析矩阵。运用战略研究与系统分析方法,从推进绿色智能工厂系统整体架构、技术与管理创新“双轮驱动”、完善产学研用合作管理体制等多个方面提出了湖州物流装备业绿色智能转型升级的对策建议,持续提升物流装备企业核心竞争力。
In this paper,we analyzed the development status,existing advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the modern logistics equipment industry in Huzhou,and obtained the SWOT matrix.Using the strategic research and system analysis method,we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the green and intelligent transformation and upgrading of the logistics equipment industry in Huzhou from the aspects of building the overall structure of green and intelligent factory system,promoting the"two-wheel drive"of technology and management innovation,and improving the industry-university-research-use cooperation management system,with the purpose to continuously enhance the core competitiveness of the logistics equipment enterprises.
