摘要
智能快递柜的出现,为物流末端无接触配送环节提供了更加便利的服务。基于用户视角,以技术接受模型和期望确认理论为模型支撑,构建了智能快递柜用户持续使用意愿及持续社会关系研究模型,对搜集到的331份有效问卷进行分析,通过结构方程模型进行假设检验和验证分析得出结论,为运营商增强用户黏性、保持竞争优势提出了合理建议。
In this paper,from a user perspective,and with the support of the technology acceptance model and the expectation confirmation theory,we constructed a research model of the continuous use intention and continuous social relationship of the users of the smart express cabinet.Next,based on the 331 valid questionnaires collected through a questionnaire survey,we used the structural equation model to test the hypotheses and reached some relevant conclusions.Finally we put forward a few reasonable suggestions for smart express cabinet operators to enhance customer loyalty and maintain competitive edge.
