在分析长株潭烟草跨区域中转配送存在问题的基础上,引入柔性化管理理念,对长株潭区域物流卷烟配送进行深入分析,进行了FEMA失效模式分析和流程优化分析,重点介绍了柔性滚筒输送线和甩箱运输的技术应用,实现了符合跨区域物流中转的柔性化配送模式,达到了降本增效的目的。

In this paper,on the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the cross-regional transit and distribution of cigarette products in the Chang-Zhu-Tan area,we introduced in the concept of flexible management,analyzed in-depth the logistics cigarette distribution process in the Chang-Zhu-Tan area,and through FEMA failure mode analysis and process optimization analysis,emphasized on the technical application of the flexible roller conveyor line and the swap-body transportation practice to realize the flexible distribution mode in line with the requirement of cross-regional logistics transfer,ultimately achieving the goal of reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
