摘要
针对多品种自动装配生产线的设备可靠性问题,基于马尔科夫理论构建了排队模型,分析了自动生产线中各工位各类性能指标及制造系统的生产率和生产周期,并分析了真实生产过程的干扰因素对生产线工位性能影响的敏感度。通过仿真模拟和实际调查数据对模型进行了验证。所提模型能对具有设备可靠性的制造系统进行有效性能分析和评估,为制造系统资源配置优化提供理论依据。
Aiming at the equipment reliability problem of the multi-variety automatic assembly line,we constructed a queuing model based on the Markov theory to analyze the various performance indicators of each station in the line and the productivity and production cycle of the manufacturing system and measured the sensitivity of real production process disturbances on the performance of the stations on the line.Through simulation using actual survey data,we validated the model proposed,proving that it could effectively analyze and evaluate the performance of the manufacturing system with equipment reliability consideration,providing theoretical basis for the optimal resource allocation of the manufacturing system.
