滋肾育胎丸联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片及二甲双胍对多囊卵巢综合征患者性激素水平及妊娠结局的影响

Influence of Zishen Yutai Pills combined with Ethinylestradiol Cyproterone Tablets and Metformin on sex hormone level and pregnancy outcomes in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

目的探讨滋肾育胎丸联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片(达英-35)及二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床效果及对性激素水平、妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2019年2月至2021年2月莱西市中医医院妇产科收治的86例PCOS患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(43例)和观察组(43例)。对照组予以常规西药(达英-35及二甲双胍)治疗,观察组加用滋肾育胎丸治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的总有效率、妊娠率高于对照组,观察组治疗后促卵泡激素[(7.82±1.18)U/L]、雌二醇[(112.85±13.08)pmol/L]高于对照组[(6.69±1.07)U/L、(95.42±9.82)pmol/L],促黄体生成素[(9.05±1.23)mU/ml]低于对照组[(11.41±1.42)mU/ml],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均无严重的不良反应。结论滋肾育胎丸联合达英-35及二甲双胍可提高PCOS治疗效果,纠正性激素水平异常,提高患者妊娠成功率,安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the effect of Zishen Yutai Pills combined with Ethinylestradiol Cyproterone Tablets(Diane-35)and Metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and its influence on sex hormone levels and pregnancy outcomes.Methods A total of 86 patients with PCOS treated in Laixi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine(Diane-35 and Metformin),and the observation group was additionally treated with Zishen Yutai Pills.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate and pregnancy rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;after treatment,follicle stimulating hormone([7.82±1.18]U/L),estradiol([112.85±13.08]pmol/L)in the observation group were higher than(6.69±1.07)U/L,(95.42±9.82)pmol/L in the control group,and luteinizing hormone([9.05±1.23]mU/ml)in the observation group was lower than(11.41±1.42)mU/ml in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no serious adverse reaction in both groups.Conclusion Zishen Yutai Pills combined with Diane-35 and Metformin can improve the therapeutic effect of PCOS,correct the abnormal level of sex hormone,and improve the pregnancy success rate of patients,which is safe and reliable.
