Design and application effect of anti-scratch cap for children’s head indwelling needle

目的探索一款小儿头部留置针防抓帽的设计和应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至3月淮安市妇幼保健院收治的144例10个月~1.5岁患儿作为研究对象,按照入院顺序编号将其分为研究组(72例)与对照组(72例)。对照组使用常规儿童留置针外不再额外使用其他防护措施,研究组使用新型防抓帽。在患儿出院时分别应用问卷进行资料收集比较两组的家属满意度及留置针配合度。结果研究组患儿的家属满意度得分及留置针配合度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论此款防抓帽可以较好地防止头部留置针意外抓脱,可在临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the design and application effect of an anti-scratch cap for children’s head indwelling needle.Methods A total of 144 children aged 10 months to 1.5 years old treated in Huai’an Maternity and Child Health Hospital from January to March 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the study group(72 cases)and the control group(72 cases)according to the order of admission.The control group used conventional children’s indwelling needle instead of other protective measures,and the study group used new antiscratch cap.The data were collected by questionnaire at the time of discharge,the satisfaction of family members and the coordination of indwelling needle between the two groups were compared.Results The scores of family satisfaction and indwelling needle coordination in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion This anti-scratch cap can better prevent accidental grasping off of the head indwelling needle,and can be popularized in clinic.
