雾化吸入沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德治疗小儿支气管哮喘的效果

Effect of nebulized Salbutamol combined with Budesonide in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma

目的探讨小儿支气管哮喘联合应用沙丁胺醇、布地奈德雾化吸入治疗的效果。方法选取2020年6月至2021年7月安徽省蚌埠市第三人民医院收治的96例小儿支气管哮喘患儿进行研究,通过奇偶数法分组,奇数48例为对照组,单用沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗;偶数48例为观察组,联用沙丁胺醇、布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。比较两组症状消失时间(气促、喘憋、咳嗽、湿啰音、哮鸣音)、住院时间、临床治疗效果、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、呼气峰值流速(PEF)、用力呼吸肺活量(FVC)、FEV_(1)/FVC。结果观察组的症状消失时间、住院时间短于对照组,观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,观察组的肺功能指标水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿支气管哮喘联合应用沙丁胺醇、布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,症状消失时间更短、治疗有效率更高、肺功能改善情况更优,更具应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of combined use of Salbutamol and Budesonide in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma.Methods From June 2020 to July 2021,96 children with bronchial asthma who were admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Bengbu,Anhui Province were selected for research,and grouped by the oddeven method,the odd-numbered 48 cases were the control group,which was treated with Salbutamol inhalation alone;the even-numbered 48 cases were the observation group,which was treated with Salbutamol and Budesonide inhalation in combination.The time of symptoms disappearance(shortness of breath,asthma,cough,rales,wheezing),hospital stay,clinical treatment effect,forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1)),peak expiratory flow(PEF),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV_(1)/FVC between two groups were compared.Results The symptom disappearance time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the total treatment effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of pulmonary function indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined application of Salbutamol and Budesonide Inhalation therapy for children with bronchial asthma,the symptom disappearance time is shorter,the treatment efficiency is higher,the lung function improvement is better,and it has more application value.
