综合护理在肠外营养支持治疗恶性肠梗阻中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive nursing in parenteral nutrition support in the treatment of malignant ileus

目的研究和评价综合护理在肠外营养支持治疗恶性肠梗阻中的应用效果。方法选取中国科学技术大学附属第一医院西区2019年1月至2020年12月收治的66例女性恶性肠梗阻患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各33例。对照组接受常规化的护理干预,在对照组的基础上为观察组患者提供综合护理服务;观察和分析两种干预手段的应用情况。结果干预后,观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,护理总满意度高于对照组,生活质量高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肠外营养支持治疗恶性肠梗阻实施综合护理,可起到辅助治疗的作用,减少患者不良反应的发生,取得患者的认可。

Objective To study and evaluate the application effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of malignant ileus with parenteral nutrition support.Methods The 66 female patients with malignant ileus admitted to the western district of the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,33 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,the observation group received comprehensive nursing service on the basis of the control group,the application of two intervention methods was analyzed.Results After intervention,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the total nursing satisfaction and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for parenteral nutrition support in the treatment of malignant ileus plays an auxiliary role in treatment,can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions in patients,and has been recognized by patients.
